To nurture young hockey talent by providing world-class training, infrastructure, and
opportunities, shaping the next generation of champions while upholding the legacy of
hockey legend Olympian Surjit Singh Randhawa.
Our Mission:
1. Grassroots Development – Identify and train budding hockey players (ages 5-18) from
Jalandhar and nearby villages, ensuring access to free, high-quality coaching and
equipment.
2. Excellence in Coaching – Provide expert guidance from Olympians, Dronacharya
A wardees, and experienced coaches to refine technical, tactical, and physical skills.
3. Holistic Growth – Support players’ overall development through nutritional diets,
fitness regimes, and mentorship from international players.
4. National & International Exposure – Facilitate participation in Hockey India-affiliated
tournaments and nurture players to represent Punjab and India at elite levels.
5. Preserving Legacy – Inspire young athletes by honouring the contributions of Surjit
Singh Randhawa and promoting hockey as a vehicle for discipline, teamwork, and national
pride.
6. Community Engagement – Encourage parental and societal involvement to foster a
