Revenue Service (IRS), 1977 Batch, Mr. Nayyar served with excellence, culminating in his
role as Chief Commissioner of Income Tax, Shimla (Himachal Pradesh, India). Academically
accomplished, he holds an M.A. and LL.B., equipping him with a strong legal and analytical foundation for his career in public service.
